Method |

1. Sieve plain flour, Soda, baking powder, cream of tartar and salt
together. 2. Rub butter into flour mixture. Stir in sugar and currant. Foam in a dough by adding in condensed milk. 3. Roll the dough in 1/2" thick. Cut into round shape and line on a greased and floured baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven to Gas 5 (190°C, 375°F) for 15 mins. |
