Method |

1. Sieve self-raising flour in a deep bowl, make a well in the
center, add sugars and drop in eggs. Gradually mix in fresh milk,
stir well. 2. Drain to remove lumps, keep batter in a jup. 3. Heat a frying pan till hot, add a little oil, pour in sufficient batter, turn and fry until golden brown on both sides. 4. Dish and serve hot cakes with golden syrup and butter. |
